Manila needs a bad-ass stadium.

Concerts are one of the things that make Manila memorable. Different performers remember us for our energy, our hospitality and our warmth. But concert-goers need to be comfortable, too for us to have that energy!

Concert Venues here in Manila are... let's just say imperfect.

The open grounds have a great feel but if you're stuck at the back, it's just like watching the concert from the TV instead of really seeing the performer live.
Mall Tours are great, too but you don't have that "bragging right" since some people can watch the concert from the upper floors.

My favorite venue for concerts and even ball games is the Araneta Coliseum. Great sounds, great view... great! But the seats, the washrooms, the floor, the stairs, the walls are eeeeek! Aranetas, if you want more money-- better renovate our one and only coliseum! It's going to be worth it, trust me.

Seriously.

Manila SERIOUSLY needs a bad-ass stadium.

Pictures.

Even in my Tumblr account, it has been a dream of mine to post tons of pictures from my own personal experiences. Reading a lot of hardcore personal blogs with a lot of pictures from their everyday adventures, I'm now really motivated to post a kazillion pictures.

I don't have a personal camera. (Problem #1)
I don't know how to take good pictures. (Problem #2)
Ugh, I hate connecting the camera to the computer! It takes forever. (Problem #3) Well it doesn't. But going through all the connecting and everything just to get a picture or two from the camera... sigh.
My life's not interesting at all. (Problem #4)

Anyways, I'm stuck with a Canon Ixus. I love it to bits but I'm just not that type of person who brings her camera everywhere.

Apple Freak

Tonight, I will share a secret with you.

I have this huge obsession with Apple products. I don't own an Apple computer although we do have quite a few iPods and an iPad here at home.

But one thing I'm crazy about is the App Store. Oh, if I was 10 years older* and had a credit card, I'd buy all my heart's desires for my dearest iPod touch. However, I don't have a credit card. (tear)

Luckily, Apple's celebrating because their 10,000,000,000 applications are about to be sold and for that, they're bringing all the Apple freaks to their wits ends. (I'm one of them)

And so they're giving away an iTunes Gift Card worth $10,000 (about Php 500,000) to the lucky person who will download the 10,000,000,000 application! Take note that most apps are at $0.99 - $4.99 so can you imagine how many apps you can download for $10,000? It's an Apple freak's dream to win this!

Oh if only I had the time to wait for the countdown to be nearer to 10 Billion and if only I had the luck.

But, I still want this with all my heart. Don't forget.**

Oh, I will get you soon. Mark my words.

*I'm still in High School. Haha!
** When I get a Macbook, I'll blog with all my heart. Promise!

Opening a blog was the last thing on my mind.

Don't get me wrong. I have a blog. It's just that the things I post on that blog aren't really from MY heart. Oh what's the use. I use a Tumblr. I absolutely love it. But for the past few days I've been reading some blogs and I've been inspired to make my own.

I love researching and reading interesting pieces on the internet. I guess that's what motivated me to open this.

The truth is, I've had two Blogspots (one when I was a kid and one when I was still a jejemon) and I still use my Tumblr. Honestly, I think Blogspot's a crappy blog server since I got used to the classy Tumblr but I feel much more serious while using this.

Oh and yes, I'm from the Philippines. Proud to be a Filipino, really. But I hope you understand the fact that I'll be blogging in English. I love my native language. And I will kill just to be able to speak it fluently without adding a few English terms. I do speak it often but I can't speak without adding an English word or two to every sentence.

Oh what the hell, as if you care.
